    •  Q1 - When we register for the Dynamics test we see a value of $0 when we believed the testing to cost $3500 - what did we do wrong?
      A1 – The fee of the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics is actually included in to the Software Solution Test, which your solution needs to pass. So it is normal the fee for the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics is displayed at $0.
    •  Q2 - We have completed the Software Solution Test and we are unable to get our Certified for Microsoft Dynamics logo, why?
      A2 – The Software Solution Test doesn’t provide the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics Logo. Only the entire completion of the program requirements give the logo as a program benefit.
    •  Q3 - Why is there a different cost for CRM testing over other Dynamics tests?
      A3 – Testing has been moved to a Self Test model for CRM 2011 which affects pricing the CfMD validation fee bundled in the ERP testing fee is the same in both cases.
    •  Q4 - I passed the previous test with VeriTest, why do I have to pay a full test fee and not a re-test fee – it’s a retest?
      A4 – The test Framework requires to validate all the points for a newer release of a solution, including setup and documentation.

     

    •  Q5 - My Certified for Microsoft Dynamics customer references do not speak English - how will you validate them as a reference for inclusion in the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics program?
      A5 – We can contact your customer references in French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Danish. Feedback at cfmd@veritest.com.
    •  Q6 – My application only connects to the Dynamics database (Microsoft SQL Server) thru OLEDB or ODBC, am I eligible?
      A6 – This type of solution is usually not eligible; only those with real integration thru API or native Microsoft Dynamics technologies are eligible. Please detail how your solution technically integrates with Microsoft Dynamics by email to msdynamics@veritest.com and we will let you know.
    •  Q7 – I have several Dynamics applications, industry vertical solutions or suites - is there a way we can have synergies?
      A7 – We’re happy to support multiple submissions at once and review pricing on a case by case basis. Please contact msdynamics@veritest.com.
    •  Q8 – I need to rename my product name or my company name.
      A8 – You may not assign or transfer the logo license agreement to a third party without the prior consent of Microsoft. Please contact dyncert@microsoft.com in order to assign the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics logo to the new entity.
    •  Q9 – Can I register and pay now and send my software solution later?
      A9 – Yes, but note if pricing changes before receiving your software, you’ll need to cover the balance.
    •  Q10 – I have received a voucher. Where am I supposed to redeem it?
      A10 – The voucher can be advertised during the registration process.
